SOCIAL MEDIA COORNIATOR

Role Overview
At Team Whistle, I led daily social operations and multi-platform strategy for a premier client roster including YouTube, Bumble, and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. I specialized in bridging the gap between creative production and influencer marketing—briefing creative teams and editing short-form video for talent like Charles Leclerc while simultaneously supporting large-scale activations like MLB’s Home Run Derby X. By developing comprehensive brand playbooks and managing the full influencer lifecycle—from research to KPI tracking—I ensured every deliverable was data-driven and aligned with core client objectives.

SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT
I played a key role in the record-breaking launch of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 2021 cover featuring Naomi Osaka, Megan Thee Stallion, and Leyna Bloom. Managing the full content lifecycle, I authored over 200 lines of copy—including captions featured on Megan Thee Stallion’s personal Instagram—and produced 20 original TikToks. By overseeing the daily content calendar and community engagement, I helped drive a high-velocity campaign that generated over 1 million impressions and 5 million video views across Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

CHARLES LECLERC
I led the digital channel management for Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc, overseeing the end-to-end growth and optimization of his YouTube and Instagram presence. Prior to launch, I co-authored the multi-platform expansion strategy, which I then executed through YouTube SEO optimization on video content, back-end channel management, and the curation of YouTube Shorts. To maintain a pulse on digital trends, I developed weekly creative briefs for on-site photographers to capture high-impact race footage, which I then edited into trending Instagram Reels and short-form assets to drive global fan engagement.

YOUTUBE
In a strategic collaboration with YouTube, I spearheaded the platform’s 'YouTube Shorts' launch for six professional UK Football players. Serving as the primary point of contact, I led monthly strategy sessions with athletes and their management to align on creative concepts, production timelines, and asset delivery. I managed the full production lifecycle—from concept development and high-impact video editing to final channel optimization. This initiative successfully scaled the players' digital footprints, resulting in a combined growth of 18,000 new subscribers and over 500,000 views during the campaign period.

LEARFIELD IMG
I spearheaded the multi-channel market entry for Varsity, Learfield IMG’s newest brand, across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. As the lead for the launch phase, I architected the content calendar and managed the end-to-end execution—including creative sourcing, copywriting, short form content video editing, and platform scheduling. By implementing a high-engagement community management strategy from day one, I grew the brand’s digital footprint from zero to over 1,000 followers and 100,000+ cross-platform views within the initial launch window.
