SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR - EXECUTIVE MEDIA
Role Overview
In my role as Social Media Coordinator for the President of SCAD (@paulaswallace), I managed the executive digital presence through a multifaceted lens—serving as a community manager, content editor, podcast producer and strategic analyst. I was responsible for the full content lifecycle, from monthly calendar curation and asset production (including Instagram Reels and LinkedIn Articles) to on-set production assistance. By identifying and adapting emerging social trends into a high-level executive strategy, I maintained a consistent and relevant brand voice. I further validated these efforts by compiling monthly performance reports, tracking account health, engagement rates, and audience growth to inform future content pivots.
Additional projects I was involved with was helping produce Paula Wallace's podcast, On Creativity. During my tenure, I helped book talent, assist with production calls, and serve as a production assistant on set, resolving any issues or questions from talent and crew to ensure a smooth filming process. I also worked with our video editors to cut social clips to post to social media for promotion.
