Role Overview

In this role, I spearheaded the end-to-end management of our creator ecosystem, overseeing everything from initial talent scouting to final content delivery. I directed a robust outreach strategy across direct channels and talent job boards, managing high-volume communications and maintaining a centralized tracking system for a diverse roster of creators-on-retainer. By serving as the primary liaison between external partners and internal Legal, Finance, and Creative teams, I streamlined the contracting and payment workflows and ensured all high-performing assets—from paid media to organic UGC—were delivered on-time and on-brief.
