SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Role Overview 
Managed the comprehensive digital presence for @CCUChanticleers, overseeing organic and paid social strategies across five major platforms. I acted as a cross-functional partner for 15+ campus departments, executing paid ad campaigns and producing original multimedia series to drive community engagement and brand storytelling.

As the lead for Coastal Carolina University’s flagship social media channels, I managed a combined community of over 100,000 followers across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. My tenure was defined by a dual focus on creative storytelling and performance marketing; I revamped the 'CCU Family' student interview series and implemented a content strategy that drove a 7,000-follower increase on Instagram in less than a year. Beyond organic growth, I spearheaded cross-departmental paid social campaigns, including a high-conversion lead generation initiative for the School of Business that garnered 1.3 million impressions and over 300 qualified graduate program applications.
